📝 Your standards are too high. If, like me, you frequently feel guilty or anxious about your work/productivity, this post is for you. I feel like this problem is worse now that we are all atomised workers sitting on Zoom all day. Compliment with: Why do we feel guilty all the time?

🛌 In an age where people are generally richer, comfier and healthier than ever before, anxiety and depression levels are exploding (even before covid). Maybe our comfortable lives are killing us? I have recently been trying wild swimming. The first 30 seconds are pure torture, then it's incredible - thanks to a rush of endorphins.
finding meaning
🥇 Imagine how you would feel if you got everything you ever wanted? Incredible? Ecstatic? Don't be so sure. Achieving your goals can be disorientating, anti-climatic even. Pick your goals carefully. Compliment with: Résumé Virtues, Eulogy Virtues, and the Impact of Small Moments
